What are we doing to our children?
If you read my earlier post, you already know that last weekend we had the Egyptian Festival at my church. The main area that I volunteered to help with was the photo booth. We would take pictures of guests that we dressed up in stereotypical Egyptian garb and then with Photoshop we would place them over the background of an Egyptian scene.
At one point, we had very few customers coming in so we asked my sister to let us take a picture of her kids. We figured that if they saw the kids dressed up and having a good time, they would want to take part as well. We also had props for the guests to pose with. One of the props was a sheesha (also known as a hookah). It is typically used to smoke tobacco but has the connotation of being used for marijuana. We decided to have my sisters kids take a picture pretending to smoke the sheesha. We're going to Hell.....
